Administrator, Watford

Location: Based in our Watford office
Salary: £15,600 – £17.550 per annum (pro-rata)
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week. Mon. – Fri.,
    4.5 hours per day, between 10am and 5pm.
Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year (pro rata), plus Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to coordinate and inspire our administration processes at Watford Office.

In the role you will be able to take on tasks and areas of work that enable staff to make best use of their time, as well as ensuring that the day-to-day running of the office is smooth and efficient.

In this exciting and diverse role, you will also be responsible for all administrative processes that underpin the running of Herts Aid.

We are seeking an individual who prides themselves on delivering high standards. You should have excellent organisational, time management and administration skills alongside a proactive attitude that mean you bring a solutions focused approach to juggling and delivering a variety of tasks including:

  • managing diaries
  • booking drop-ins
  • preparing meeting papers
  • note taking and producing minutes

Experience and understanding in handling confidential issues is essential, and an interest in and knowledge of Public or Sexual Health would be a distinct advantage to make an early contribution.

You will be comfortable working cooperatively with a wide range of people at all levels.

An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for the successful candidate.
